Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Manage metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor organizational health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Oversee and ensure the timely resolution of open risks, issues, and audit items, providing regular updates to management.
- Monitoring of risk incident data, enabling increased stakeholder awareness, gathering relevant information and performing effective challenge on teams to enhance overall risk environment.
- Recommend and implement tools that enable management to make self-driven data decisions, reducing production time and risk, while partnering with key stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track audit progress, findings, and resolutions, providing insights that support compliance and risk mitigation.
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Lead and contribute to team-impacting projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Manage workload effectively, balancing competing priorities while adhering to procedures, metrics, and critical timeframes.
- Train team members to ensure consistent execution and reduce risks.
- Present information clearly to targeted audience ensuring engagement and buy-in.
- Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issue resolution.
- Continuously seek and implement strategies for process and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Fosters a culture where honesty and transparency are expected
- Stays current on changes in their own specialist area and seeks out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up to date

- Communicates openly with team members and others
