The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an IAM Security Analyst.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional security analysis experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience in Security, IAM, GRC, or Business Systems Analysis, with experience working across technical and business environments.
• Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments, evaluating access, and aligning security considerations with business requirements.
• Solid understanding of the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) and its application within business and security contexts.
• Experience with enterprise IAM/IGA platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar technologies.
• Solid background in identity governance, access management, access reviews, authentication, authorization, application integrations, or related security processes.
• Practical experience analyzing application environments and gathering technical and business requirements from application owners and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify access risks, inconsistencies, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Strong experience working with technical teams, application owners, IT, security, HR, and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or security requirements into clear, actionable information for business audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate unfamiliar systems and work effectively with incomplete or evolving information.
• Ability to operate as a generalist, seamlessly shifting between IAM, access governance, application analysis, risk assessment, and security-related initiatives.
• Adaptable and quick to learn, with the ability to rapidly understand new technical systems, processes, and security requirements.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
