About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activities across our client's business in Europe. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire top talent across commercial, operational, technical, and corporate functions.
This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding, talent pipelining, recruitment process improvement, and stakeholder management across multiple European countries.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives across Europe.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce planning requirements and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights to support hiring decisions.
- Build proactive candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple European countries.
- Manage recruitment for corporate, commercial, operational, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership positions.
- Conduct intake meetings, sourcing strategy sessions, and candidate calibration discussions with hiring managers.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives to reduce agency dependency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Influence hiring decisions through talent market insights and recruitment best practices.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders on workforce planning initiatives.
- Support executive and senior-level hiring projects when required.
- Manage and optimise ATS systems and recruitment technologies.
- Develop recruitment dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership teams.
- Monitor key metrics including:
- Time-to-fill
- Cost-per-hire
- Direct hire ratio
- Offer acceptance rate
- Diversity metrics
- Candidate satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and GDPR requirements.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives across European markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams on recruitment campaigns.
- Develop employee referral programmes and talent community initiatives.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and recruitment activities.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and executive search firms.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and recruitment spending.
- Coach and support recruitment team members if applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing across regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience within a multinational environment.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple European countries.
- Proven track record recruiting across commercial, operations, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate functions.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and talent mapping.
