Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage product backlog delivery in coordination with scrum teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of sprints, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Communicate product vision and progress with stakeholders effectively.
• Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document and drive project strategies, ensuring they move forward smoothly.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for complex initiatives.

Skills

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in client-facing scenarios.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills with a proactive work approach.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing user stories and product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and strategies effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the healthcare payer sector or working on healthcare-related products.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Analytical skills coupled with a collaborative approach to learning and improvement.
• Background in digital agencies and knowledge of various software development life cycles.
