The Team

Zora AI™ by Deloitte is Deloitte's agentic AI platform, delivering role- and function-specific agents - across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer, and Human Capital - that perceive, reason, and act to automate enterprise workflows, built on the NVIDIA AI stack and underpinned by Deloitte's Trustworthy AI™ framework.

Position Summary

As a UI/UX Designer on Zora AI, you shape how people experience and trust a digital workforce. Agentic products raise design challenges beyond traditional software: users need to understand what an agent is doing, why, and when to step in. You design the interfaces, interaction patterns, and information architecture that make agent behavior legible, build user confidence in autonomous actions, and turn complex workflows into experiences people actually want to use. You work hands-on across research, interaction design, and visual design - partnering closely with product, engineering, and applied AI to bring designs from concept to shipped product.

Recruiting for this role ends on 9/11/2026.

Work you'll do

Research & discovery

  • Conduct user research with enterprise practitioners (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, HR users) to understand workflows, pain points, and trust barriers around agentic automation.
  • Translate research into personas, journey maps, and problem framings that guide product and design decisions.
  • Run usability testing on prototypes and shipped features, and turn findings into concrete design iterations.

Interaction & Agent Experience Design

  • Design human-in-the-loop patterns - approvals, escalations, confirmations, and exception handling - that keep users appropriately in control of autonomous agent actions.
  • Design for explainability: surfacing agent reasoning, task plans, and confidence in ways that build justified trust without overwhelming users.
  • Create interaction patterns for conversational, task-based, and dashboard-style agent interfaces, and for multi-agent or multi-step workflows.

Visual & product design

  • Design high-fidelity UI across web and enterprise application surfaces, from early concepts and wireframes through polished, production-ready screens.
  • Maintain and evolve a coherent design system and component library for Zora AI, ensuring consistency across products and domains.
  • Design dashboards, monitoring views, and data visualizations that make agent performance and outcomes clear at a glance.

Prototyping & validation

  • Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes to test concepts quickly, including interactive prototypes of agent behavior and workflows.
  • Partner with the Zora Alpha team and domain product managers to prototype new ideas and demonstrate the art of the possible to clients.

Collaboration & delivery

  • Partner with Product Managers to shape requirements, and with Engineering and Applied AI to ensure designs are technically feasible and faithfully implemented.
  • Present design rationale and research findings to stakeholders, including client audiences, with clear, compelling narratives.

Contribute to and champion design standards, accessibility, and inclusive design practices across the platform.

The successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Experience designing for AI/ML or GenAI products, including conversational interfaces, copilots, or agentic systems.
  • Familiarity with explainability and trust-building design patterns for autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.
  • Experience designing dashboards, analytics, or monitoring tools.
  • Front-end development familiarity (HTML/CSS/JS or component frameworks) to collaborate closely with engineering.
  • Domain exposure to one or more of Zora AI's target functions (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Operations).
  • Consulting or client-facing design experience.
  • Experience contributing to or building a design system from the ground up.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, ideally including enterprise software or complex workflow tools.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work: research, interaction design, visual design, and shipped outcomes.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototyping tools capable of simulating dynamic or conversational interactions.
  • Experience designing for complex, data-rich, or multi-step workflows, and translating them into clear, usable interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to present design work and rationale to technical and business stakeholders, including clients.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
  • Ability to travel 0% to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Usability & adoption: improved task completion rates, reduced time-on-task, and strong user satisfaction scores for designed workflows.
  • Trust: users demonstrate appropriate reliance on agent recommendations - neither over-trusting nor needlessly overriding agent actions - as reflected in usage and feedback data.
  • Design consistency: growing adoption of shared design system components across products, reducing rework and inconsistency.
  • Delivery quality: designs implemented faithfully with minimal rework between design and engineering handoff.
  • Client & stakeholder impact: design work that strengthens client demos, pursuits, and Alpha prototypes, and receives strong stakeholder and client feedback.
  • Research impact: research findings that measurably shape product and design decisions.
