What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, firmware, and hardware.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely execution.
- Furnish post-installation aid to preserve system stability and customer happiness.
- Collaborate with collaborators to ensure adherence to all regulatory and operational requirements.
- Document processes and compose detailed reports to support continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts.
- Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies.
- Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
- Experience in casino or gaming environments is helpful but not required.
- Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. during hardware installation.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Must be able to travel and work in varying environments, including customer sites with noise or smoke exposure.
