We're looking to speak with candidates based in Austin, Chicago, or Atlanta for our hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop partner marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and adoption of MongoDB via our ISV/AI/Tech partner ecosystem
- Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Oversee the development of jointly produced digital content, including web assets, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
- Act as a liaison between ISV/AI/Tech partners and internal teams, including Industry & Solutions, Field Marketing, Events, and Product
- Own partner marketing planning and project manage the initiatives that bring them to market
- Manage in-person joint events in conjunction with the Field Marketing and Events teams, including promotional materials and on-site support
- Manage partner marketing budget
- 6+ years of marketing and partner marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company
- Working knowledge of AI & Tech company offerings and a passion for these evolving technologies.
- Experience with developer and partner marketing a plus
- Experience working and communicating with complex internal and external sales organizations
- Hyper-organized and capable of juggling all of the data associated with projects and task-tracking
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating internal enablement and external marketing content

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$84,000—$165,000 USD
