Primary Responsibilities
- Asset Creation & Collaboration:
- Works closely with agile teams and product design team to develop high-quality assets—including wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes for multiple products
- Strategic Design Leadership:
- Collaborates with Product Management leadership to ensure design solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes across their portfolio
- Advanced Research & Insights:
- Partners independently with research experts and end users, leveraging diverse research methodologies and data not just usability testing but to continuously enhance the customer experience
- Facilitation & Workshop Skills:
- Leads and implements both formal and informal facilitation techniques to drive effective problem-solving and solution development
- Tool Proficiency & Innovation:
- Expertly uses modern design tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision) to deliver projects, and supports UX leadership in evaluating and modernizing the team’s toolset
- Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Area of Study: Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science/Engineering
- Minimum Years of Experience: 10+
- Type of Experience: Web and Mobile UX Design, Interaction design, service design, visual design, UX writing, voice design
- Technical Competencies & Information Systems:
- Intermediate PC software skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Mastery of User Experience software such as Figma, Miro, or equivalent as well as Visio or equivalent
- Testing software such as Adobe Target, Userexperience.com or other
- Skills & Abilities:

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $140,000/year to $150,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.
