Who we are looking for

Are you an experienced technology leader ready to shape and deliver enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions? We are looking for an Agentic AI Solution Architect with strong software engineering and cloud architecture expertise who can combine strategic architectural thinking with hands-on technical leadership.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 4 years in cloud or solution architecture;
• Proven experience in leading the technical delivery of Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions, including guiding engineering teams through architecture, development, and implementation;
• Strong command of spoken and written English, enabling confident collaboration with teams and stakeholders across Deloitte Central Europe;
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, including compute, storage, networking, security, scalability, and performance optimization;
• Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, API-led integrations, and event-driven architectures;
• Hands-on experience with containers, Docker, DevOps and continuous integration and delivery practices, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, single sign-on, security, and governance;
• Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks and cloud services, preferably including LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit, Microsoft Agent Framework, CrewAI, FastAPI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, and relevant AWS components such as Cognito, S3, Lambda, Fargate, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and related Azure services;
• Experience with Google Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, or Google Cloud agent platforms;
• Practical knowledge of equivalent cloud services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

Your future role

As an Agentic AI Solution Architect, you will play a leading technical role in Deloitte Central Europe’s Agentic AI engineering initiatives. You will shape scalable architectures, guide engineering teams, and take technical ownership of large Agentic AI projects and platforms, primarily within the AWS ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with Deloitte Central Europe stakeholders to shape and advance regional Agentic AI engineering initiatives;
• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of large-scale Agentic AI solutions and platforms, primarily on AWS;
• Define architecture principles, solution patterns, technical roadmaps, and key engineering decisions;
• Guide engineering teams throughout solution design, development, integration, deployment, and optimization;
• Design secure and scalable solutions based on distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and containerized workloads;
• Establish appropriate security and governance controls covering role-based access, encryption, authentication, authorization, auditability, and single sign-on;
• Work hands-on with Agentic AI frameworks, Generative AI platforms, cloud-native services, REST APIs, Docker, and continuous integration and delivery practices;
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across Deloitte Central Europe, translating business needs into practical and sustainable technical solutions;
• Contribute to technical standards, reusable components, delivery practices, and capability development within the AI & Data team.

The role offers remote work, provided that the successful candidate is physically based in Ukraine.
