Senior UI/UX Designer

As Levi9 Design Team continues to grow, we are now looking for a seasoned UX Designer, to join our ranks. Our perfect candidate is a mature and self-sufficient design professional, capable of setting up and running proper design workflows, solving complex business challenges, facilitating UX research and collaborating closely with both product and development teams.

You will join a superb cross-country team of UX enthusiasts, with a friendly atmosphere, robust knowledge, and well-established internal processes.

🔹About The Project

We currently have several prospects that are in the final stages of negotiations, with cooperation expected to be finalized soon. Here is some information about one of them:

The project is a SaaS platform dedicated to recruiting agencies and freelance recruiters, with decades on the market and an extensive user base. The objective is to streamline, revamp, and refresh existing functionalities and user journey. You will work directly with the development team and in close contact with stakeholders and business representatives. Direct access to end-users and continuous user research is a given. You will be able to take full ownership over the platform's UX, set up the delivery process, and define ways of working.

This is a US-based product, with most of the team operating in the EST time zone. While our schedule is flexible, for better collaboration, you might need to shift your working hours to the second half of the day.

🔹Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• A solid portfolio, focused on processes, activities and outcomes
• Expert knowledge of design principles, heuristics, and patterns
• Hands-on experience with different UXR methods
• Design systems creation, scaling and governance
• Proficiency with modern design toolbox (inc. AI tools)
• Understanding of SDLC and design role
• Ability to build design roadmaps, and set up delivery process
• Great communication/facilitation skills
• Advanced English

• Experience in reviving and reorganizing complex legacy software
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms and ecosystems
• Experience with AI-assisted design-to-code
• Mentoring and experience in leading design teams/squads
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Degree in design or computer science domain
