We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SimCorp Dimension Analyst to join a global application management and support team responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the SimCorp Dimension platform. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in investment management systems, application support, incident management, and operational stability within financial services environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams across global locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the support, maintenance, and optimization of the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) platform.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and batch processing incidents.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of production environments.
• Monitor system operations and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders.
• Manage user authorization and access controls in accordance with governance standards.
• Coordinate and escalate issues with internal teams and external vendors when required.
• Participate in application enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and test data.
• Support system upgrades, patch implementations, and release management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SimCorp Dimension and mentor junior team members where applicable.

Required Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-level SimCorp Dimension environments.
• Strong background in application support, incident management, and production operations.
• Experience working within investment management, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
