What You Will Deliver
- Drive the full recruitment cycle across DKSH Malaysia through active sourcing and competency-based selection, ensuring every hire aligns with role requirements and the DKSH behavior model.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to translate business talent needs into targeted, effective recruitment strategies.
- Design and execute workforce planning strategies that proactively address current hiring needs and anticipate future talent requirements.
- Establish yourself as a credible talent acquisition advisor, building trusted and lasting relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strengthen DKSH's employer brand by leading participation in career fairs, career talks, and recruitment campaigns that elevate visibility in the talent market.
- Develop and implement creative, effective communication approaches for recruitment activities, engaging both internal and external audiences with clarity and impact.
- Deliver data-driven analysis and sound recommendations to business unit stakeholders, supporting informed talent decisions and improved hiring outcomes.
- Ensure a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of solid recruitment experience spanning junior to senior hiring levels, ideally gained in an in-house recruiter capacity.
- Proven experience working within large-scale, complex global multinational corporations (MNCs), with the ability to navigate diverse and demanding stakeholder environments.
- Strong command of modern sourcing tools, social media recruitment platforms, competency-based behavioral interviewing, offer management, and candidate care best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to close candidates and negotiate complex compensation packages with confidence and professionalism.
- Broad recruitment experience across multiple business units, industries, and job functions.
- Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Confident, independent communicator who builds credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to adapt and perform in a fast-moving environment.
