Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Testing Automation Specialist to lead and execute automated testing initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools, with added advantage for experience in SAP and PowerApps environments.

• Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and drive resolution with development teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on automation best practices.
• Support manual testing efforts when necessary, particularly during UAT and release cycles.
• Ensure robust testing coverage for supported applications such as SAP and PowerApps solutions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years or above experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in test automation.
• Proven experience with at least one reputable test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, UFT, TestComplete, Katalon Studio).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or VBScript.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and defect management. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
