Title: Account Manager, Subscription Partnerships – Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid ~3 days onsite/week)
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support subscription partnership programs for a leading global technology and digital fitness brand. This role requires a polished communicator who excels at relationship management, partner experience, post‑sale execution, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day management of subscription partners
- Deliver subscription assets, enablement materials, and process documentation
- Build and customize pitch decks, case studies, and marketing collateral
- Produce performance reports and surface customer insights
- Manage inbound partner inquiries with professionalism
- Lead contract processes and communicate updates to partners
- Act as the voice of partners to internal product and leadership teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in account management, subscription management, digital advertising, or customer success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing sales resources and partner collateral
- Strong organizational skills and pipeline management discipline
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
