In NIO Sweden we are now looking for a User Relations Specialist in Taby, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for maintaining the relationship with NIO users in the region, making users willing to join NIO's community, developing lifestyle relationships other than "vehicles", and achieving community atmosphere of sharing joy and growth together.
• Formulate the community plan of the region, Operate various user IP and user groups to increase user engagement and activity.
• Establish the growth system of users in the community and manage user loyalty projects, operate user recommendation projects, improve recommendation proportion and quality, and facilitate user recommendation.
• Set up the closed-loop processing and improvement scheme of user experience feedback (including products and non products)
• Be responsible for the monitoring, evaluation and improvement of user satisfaction, and drive relevant departments and colleagues to solve problems.
• Develop blue book defining the best user experience in the region

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of User relationship management experience.
• Rich User journey and community operation experience and innovation insight.
• Strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, adapt to high-intensity business trip.
• Good communication and coordination skills, excellent negotiation skills.
• Good team spirit, good team management ability and skills.
• Strong English and Swedish written and verbal skills.
