DevOps Engineer

I’m Robert Lemming, Head of ACE Devops and Infra team, and I’m searching for a DevOps Engineer ready to grow with us. Telia ACE is a trusted, market-leading Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform that enables Telia’s B2B customers to deliver outstanding customer service across channels and devices. What You'll Do

You'll help build, operate, and continuously improve the cloud platforms and delivery pipelines behind Telia ACE's critical communication services.

• Develop and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms and vendors
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern automation tools such as GitHub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions and drive automation across platform operations
• Develop solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence
• Enable observability through monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, and dashboarding capabilities
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and product owners across geographically distributed teams

What Will Help You Thrive In This Role

You are a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys automating, improving reliability, and working with modern cloud technologies.

• Proven experience with Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
• Experience with automation and scripting using Python, Go, or Bash
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes and Podman
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident management practices
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitOps, ArgoCD, cloud-native architectures, and platform engineering approaches is a plus
• Ability to document technical solutions clearly and communicate fluently in English
