Senior Associate, Okta Identity Governance Engineer

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Okta Identity Governance Engineer to join our Advisory Technology Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support Okta Identity Governance implementations including application onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization
- Configure and maintain Okta Identity Governance solutions including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access reviews, entitlements, policies, workflows, and integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and support project delivery
- Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and Okta leading practices
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum three years of recent, hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience including one year with Okta Identity Governance or related identity security platforms
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, information systems from an accredited college/university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus five years of Okta or related identity security experience
- Experience supporting Okta Identity Governance implementations including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access reviews, entitlements, workflows, policies, and IAM integrations
- Understanding of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, regulatory compliance requirements, and cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Ability to contribute to technical workstreams, collaborate with stakeholders, and support identity governance initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to participate in technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions
- Ability to travel as required
