The firm’s extensive network of approximately 2,300 screens across more than 170 locations worldwide serves as a crucial channel for informing, educating, and engaging employees and guests by delivering timely, relevant information. Additionally, we manage 20 bespoke video wall installations at flagship locations around the world. The platform is centrally managed through the Korbyt content management system, with more than 100 local content managers and contributors across our global footprint.
As a Digital Signage Program Senior Associate within the Digital Signage Program team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day to day content strategy and and operations of the Digital Signage Program, as well as fostering partnerships with various stakeholders across the Manhattan Campus, with a focus on the new 383 Madison Avenue opening in October 2027. The firm’s global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue introduces a world-class digital signage program that enhances user experience, offering a unique opportunity to create immersive and engaging moments throughout the user journey.
Job responsibilities
• Support the design and deployment of new content and campaigns for the global signage program.
• Partner with communication and technology stakeholders across regions and lines of business.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure global and local content aligns with all branding guidelines.
• Provide support to local content managers by advising on best practices and serving as the first line of defense when troubleshooting screen issues.
• Maintain an archive of all published signage and corresponding approvals.
• Become an expert in the Korbyt content management system.
• Provide support for the Manhattan Campus digital signage program as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• 5+ years of experience writing, proofreading, and copy-editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and address issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop are required.
• Strong project management skills with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography, and color usage.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker, and adept problem solver.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and committed to delivering superior results.
