What You'll Do At Pega

The Delivery ExcellenceTechnical Lead (DETL) supports our delivery ecosystem to help partners and clients deliver strong outcomes with Pega technology. This individual’s job is to identify enablement needs and provide current Pega technical knowledge to our delivery ecosystem in order to improve practice capability. Enablement may be delivered via workshops, webcasts, documentation, course content, or 1:1 project mentoring. This role works with the Partner Delivery Success Manager, Blueprint Delivered team and others to understand the ecosystem enablement requirements for the organization, industry and region and supports enablement to fit those requirements. The DETL promotes awareness and usage of the “Blueprint Delivered Methodology” (defined delivery process best practices) to practitioners in their portfolio. He or she works with ecosystem counterparts to support the development of technical Pega skills within the delivery ecosystem. He or she helps integrate Pega delivery best practices into partner and client methodology to improve delivery outcomes. The DETL supports project success via workshops and advisory engagements.

Who You Are

• A technical contributor with 7-10 years on Pega projects
• CSSA or alternative advanced Pega certification
• A strong desire to share knowledge and build others’ skills
• Technical acumen with enterprise software – experience with Digital Process Automation, CRM and Generative and Agentic AI is preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across an organization

• You have contributed as a technical practitioner on Pega delivery projects
• You’ve supported the growth of fellow practitioners and contributed to team knowledge-sharing
• You have worked with System Integrators and client delivery teams
• You have created and presented technical or delivery best practice workshops or webinars
