该职位来源于猎聘 The International Medical Affairs Technology Business Analyst / Project Manager is an experienced individual contributor who will support the rollout, enhancement, and adoption of Medical Affairs technology capabilities across international markets. The role will partner closely with the International Medical Affairs Technology Lead, Medical Affairs stakeholders, IT product teams, regional affiliates, agency partners, and vendors to drive business analysis, project execution, and delivery coordination across content management, CRM, digital engagement, medical information, analytics, and AI capabilities. This role requires strong experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, project plans, and delivery documentation. The resource should be comfortable working in regulated, compliance-driven environments and ensuring that requirements align with platform standards, best practices, and delivery constraints. Purpose Provide BA/PM support to help Medical Affairs Technology execute international capability rollouts with consistent requirements, coordinated delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and strong operational discipline. Technology Scope: Vault MedComms, Digital Asset Management (DAM), content authoring, content lifecycle, metadata, workflows, review and approval concepts. Medical Inquiry, Medical Insights, Events Management, CLM, Approved Email, CRM enhancement lifecycle, and adoption support. Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS; content structures, workflows, release coordination, GA4 tagging rules and best practices, and Figma-based design review and requirements clarification. Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, customer journey mapping, campaign management, marketing automation concepts, and stakeholder coordination. Tableau dashboard requirements, KPI definition support, reporting enhancements, functional validation, and adoption support. Custom agents using Microsoft Copilot, platform AI modules, vendor AI capabilities, requirements gathering, use case clarification, and solution validation support. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs stakeholders, product owners, regional affiliates, IT teams, and vendors to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, epics, process flows, and acceptance criteria aligned with Gilead delivery standards.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog grooming sessions, design reviews, and sprint planning activities.
  • Ensure requirements align with respective platform standard capabilities, best practices, governance principles, and platform constraints.
  • Support impact assessment, solution validation, functional clarification, and defect triage across development and QA teams. Project Management & Delivery Execution
  • Support end-to-end execution for Medical Affairs technology initiatives across international markets.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, dependencies, RAID logs, milestones, and status reports using Smartsheet or similar tools.
  • Coordinate agency partners, internal delivery teams, software vendors, business stakeholders, and regional affiliates to support timely delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate gaps with clear mitigation recommendations.
  • Maintain project documentation repositories, decisions, action items, and closure artifacts to support audit-ready delivery practices. Product Backlog & Governance
  • Maintain and manage product backlogs across assigned initiatives, ensuring prioritization, traceability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support intake management, demand clarification, release planning, roadmap tracking, and operational governance activities.
  • Contribute to delivery standards, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and repeatable operating processes. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between Medical Affairs business teams, IT, global product teams, vendors, agencies, and international affiliates.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, capture decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Provide clear communication to stakeholders on scope, timelines, risks, decisions, and delivery status. Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise technology platforms.
  • Prior experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences initiatives with an understanding of regulated, compliance-driven environments; Medical Affairs experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT preparation, and release readiness activities.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating agency partners, internal delivery teams, development teams, QA teams, and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar tools for schedules, dependencies, risks, action tracking, and status reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently within defined scope and escalate issues appropriately. Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting Medical Affairs Technology, Medical Information, MedComms, medical content operations, or Medical CRM capabilities.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Veeva Vault MedComms, DAM platforms, content authoring, Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Knowledge of GA4 tagging rules and best practices for website analytics.
  • Experience using Figma to review designs, clarify requirements, and collaborate with UX/UI and development teams.
  • Experience supporting international or global technology rollouts across multiple regions, affiliates, and operating models.
  • Familiarity with AI use case discovery, Microsoft Copilot agents, platform AI modules, and vendor-provided AI capabilities. Measures of Success

  • Requirements and solutions consistently aligned to platform standards, governance expectations, compliance needs, and business objectives. Reports to International Medical Affairs Technology Lead Works closely with Medical Affairs Technology, Global Medical Affairs stakeholders, regional affiliates, IT product and delivery teams, Quality and Compliance teams, agency partners, system vendors, analytics teams, and AI capability teams
