该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities：

  • The platform operation engineer will work on operation requests/incidents on a daily basis. Provide support in areas of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management process coverage for Production and Non-Production environments, provide consultancy and platform advisory, and support for multiple AI Platforms, Applications, and Use Cases (e.g. new MLops/AI gateway use cases).
  • Maintain the Product Documentation and Knowledge Bases, including Gitlab MD Documentations, Confluence, Github Pages, Google Sites, Backstage, etc.
  • Building Operations Frameworks including JIRA, GitLab, confluence, process, and CI/CD for content publishing.
  • Perform Security operations including vulnerability scanning, security posture management, remediation tracking, and enforcement of security baselines, hardening standards, and compliance controls across cloud environments.
  • Manage OS, container, and platform patching lifecycle, including patch assessment, scheduling, testing, and rollout across Production and Non-Production environments to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.
  • Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM), least-privilege access, secrets/key management, network security (firewalls, security groups, segmentation), and encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Design, implement, and test Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BCP), backup and restore strategies, including regular DR drills, failover/failback validation, and RTO/RPO compliance.
  • Global Team Collaboration for Solution Design and Troubleshooting
  • Client Process execution (e.g. submit Service Now requests or other system requests, Operations Team Accounts Management, System Accounts Management, etc.)
  • Oversee the operational tasks and orchestrate the DevOps engineer to resolve problems and improve operations.
  • Provide Monthly Report with Operations KPI in client Template. Qualifications & Requirements: Key skills for the position
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills.
  • Familiar with AWS/Ali Cloud technology.
