IT Operations Center - 3rd Shift

Seeking a customer-focused IT professional to provide after-hours support for network and system-related issues. This role handles incoming technical requests, monitors alerts, creates and updates tickets, escalates incidents when needed, and helps ensure services remain available. *This role is onsite and cannot support c2c candidates.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support calls and technical inquiries
- Monitor systems and investigate alerts
- Document incidents and maintain ticket accuracy
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams
- Communicate status updates during service disruptions
- Maintain operational documentation and procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with troubleshooting and ticketing systems
- Ability to follow documented processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Help Desk, Service Desk, Call Center, NOC, or IT Support experience
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
