Adaan Digital is hiring a German Content Quality Specialist – AI/HITL for our AI-first content operations team.

We build lead-generation websites for SMBs across Europe. AI generates the first draft of website content and blogs; your job is to make sure the final output is accurate, natural, useful, and publish-ready.

You will primarily work on German-language websites and may occasionally support similar AI-assisted workflows across other languages.

• Review AI-generated German website content and blogs.
• Check content against customer briefs, product/service information and quality checklists.
• Detect hallucinations, factual errors, missing information and unsupported claims.
• Fix awkward, repetitive, generic or unnatural German.
• Manually rewrite content where AI output isn't good enough.
• Write/edit CTAs, button text, headings, meta titles/descriptions and alt text.
• Apply defined SEO, AEO and GEO content best practices.
• Ensure content supports the customer's intended audience and conversion objective.
• Use GPT and other AI tools to improve quality and productivity.
• Flag unclear information instead of making assumptions.

• Strong practical written German.
• Good working English.
• Strong German grammar, vocabulary and language comprehension.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Ability to understand and follow structured briefs.
• Comfortable learning and working with AI tools.
• Interest in digital content, SEO, AEO and GEO.
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of your work.

Candidates who studied German as a third language through Class 12 may also apply. Formal German degrees or certifications are not mandatory; selection will be based on demonstrated German proficiency and performance in our practical assessment.

Performance is reviewed through structured monthly check-ins.

Adaan works with global markets, so ownership of client delivery commitments is expected across time zones and, when genuinely required, weekends or Indian public holidays.

We follow a fixed pay + performance-linked variable pay model.

High performers can earn disproportionately more. Average performance earns average pay. Impact is rewarded—not effort alone.

You can grow from German HITL/content quality into Senior Content Quality, SEO/AEO/GEO, Multilingual Quality, AI Content Operations or AI Workflow Optimization roles.

This isn't a conventional content-writing job.

You'll learn to work at the intersection of German + AI + Content Quality + SEO + AEO + GEO + Digital Operations.
