该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in API Management (APIM) to lead critical application system delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud-based solutions, APIM platforms, and a thorough understanding of modern IT infrastructure and application services. This role will involve planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: 一.Project Leadership:

• Manage end-to-end migration projects, including cloud adoption and API Management solutions.
• Establish clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute on migration strategies effectively. 二. API Management:
• Drive API Management (e.g., Azure APIM, Apigee, Kong, or AWS API Gateway) implementation and migration strategies.
• Ensure API security, scalability, and high-performance delivery.
• Identify cross-application dependencies and create efficient API frameworks for seamless system integration. 三. Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Regularly provide status updates and address concerns from both business and IT perspectives.
• Drive stakeholder alignment to ensure project goals are achieved. 四. Technical Expertise & Guidance:
• Provide technical insight into decision-making processes related to cloud solutions and APIM platforms.
• Work closely with solution architects and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in cloud technologies and API Management to ensure best practices are adopted. Job Requirements: 一. Technical Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of API Management (APIM) tools and platforms, such as Azure APIM, Apigee, Kong, or AWS API Gateway.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, such as CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM Templates.
• Experience with API lifecycle management, authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, JWT, etc.), and API security best practices.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps workflows. 二. Project and Management Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience, particularly in Cloud Migration and APIM implementation projects.
• Understanding of IT governance and compliance policies related to cloud environments.
• Proven track record of delivering global or enterprise-level technical projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing technical teams and coordinating with external vendors or consultants.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or Trello). 三. Soft Skills:
