KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Managing Director, KDN Solution Lead - AI to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the long-term strategy, value proposition, differentiation for the AI solution and offering; analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to shape offering direction
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for stakeholders, Member Firms and customers
  • Collaborate closely with sales, alliances, and customer success to drive adoption
  • Engage customers directly during solution demos, roadmap presentations, and escalations; ability to foresee AI's long-term impact on industries and integrate it into organizational strategy
  • Champion customer advocacy and long-term value realization
  • Own the solution scale up, utilization, center strategy and P&L for the platform or solution portfolio
  • Accountable for operational and Financial KPIs set for AI solution/service portfolio each financial year (FY)
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in AI, machine learning, data science, and advanced analytics, with proven expertise in Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and scaling AI capabilities across enterprise environments
  • Master's degree or MBA from an accredited college/university is preferred, with strong business leadership exposure and the ability to align AI initiatives with strategic business objectives; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field required
  • Proven experience defining and executing an enterprise AI strategy and roadmap, identifying high-impact AI use cases, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and driving an AI-first culture across the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and scaling AI/ML/data science teams, establishing best practices for model development, deployment, governance, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Strong expertise in AI solution architecture and end-to-end delivery, including scalable AI/ML platforms, MLOps, production deployment, responsible AI practices, ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
  • Extensive experience in executive stakeholder management, AI governance, and risk management, including defining governance frameworks, ensuring data privacy and model transparency, monitoring model performance, and collaborating with business, product, security, and data leadership teams
