Top Skills & Years of Experience:

-Salesforce QA/testing: 10 years (Required).

-Salesforce Service Cloud: 4 years (Required).

-Azure DevOps Test Suite: 4 years (Required).

-Nice CXone or other CCaaS Testing: 4 years (Preferred).

-SQL: 1 year (Preferred).

-Selenium/Test Automation or other Test automation tools: 1 year (Preferred).

-Experience in State of Michigan or other Government / Public Health Processes and guidelines (Preferred).
