This is you

  • 7+ years' experience leading the delivery of complex software, digital, platform, or AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams delivering software, AI, automation, or conversational platform solutions.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital products and services.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, platform engineering, testing, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple engineering workstreams.
  • Experience operating within enterprise-scale delivery environments.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery models.
  • Experience managing risks, stakeholder governance, resource planning, and delivery reporting.
  • Experience delivering software through the full lifecycle from requirements through deployment and production cut-over
  • Experience managing production hyper-care phases – incident management & discipline, SLA adherence

This is your role

  • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of AI features from concept through deployment and operational handover
  • In doing so manage both Front End and Agentic Feature sub-teams that consist of software engineers, AI specialists, data scientists, QA engineers, UX specialists, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure feature delivery aligns with business objectives, customer outcomes, platform capabilities, security requirements, and architectural standards.
  • Coordinate all activities required to deliver fully integrated AI-driven features.
  • Manage feature team capacity, resource allocation, and sprint commitments to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Drive delivery predictability, quality, transparency, and accountability across the feature team.
  • Remove delivery blockers and ensure teams maintain momentum towards agreed objectives
