Human Resources Information System Analyst

A leading Am Law 75 firm is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their HR technology team supporting a major HR systems transformation. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience across HRIS implementations, integrations, data migration, reporting, and systems optimization, with the ability to partner across HR, Payroll, IT, and data teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support a major HRIS implementation and system transition
• Assist with data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
• Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, and other enterprise applications
• Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and HR data solutions
• Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality
• Support data pipelines, integrations, automation, and future HR technology initiatives
• Maintain strong data governance, privacy, security, and documentation standards

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience within HRIS, HR systems, business systems, or a related technology-focused role
• Hands-on experience supporting an HRIS implementation, migration, upgrade, or major system transition
• Experience with a major HCM platform such as Workday, UKG, or Dayforce
• Experience with HRIS integrations and enterprise data exchange
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel
• Experience with testing, data validation, reporting, dashboards, and system enhancements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Locations: Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC

Schedule: Full-time, hybrid — minimum 3 days per week in office
