Mobile Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Mobile Solutions Architect to join a strategic international project focused on the design, governance and continuous improvement of mobile applications and mobile delivery platforms.

This position requires to be located in Romania.

Job in a nutshell

As a Mobile Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for defining and governing the mobile architecture landscape, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards and enabling development teams to deliver secure, scalable and high-quality mobile solutions. You will work closely with mobile development teams, enterprise architects, DevOps engineers and business stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous delivery practices across mobile platforms.

What will you be doing:

• Define and align mobile architecture designs with enterprise technology standards
• Design and support the implementation of scalable mobile application architectures
• Collaborate with mobile development teams to ensure adherence to architecture and engineering best practices
• Drive the adoption of modern mobile DevOps and continuous delivery practices
• Review and validate architecture compliance across mobile projects
• Optimize and enhance mobile CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
• Lead technology evaluations, prototyping activities, and architecture recommendations
• Ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with existing enterprise systems
• Govern the complete mobile application lifecycle from design to deployment
• Ensure mobile solutions comply with security, quality and regulatory requirements
• Support App Store and Play Store release processes and deployment strategies
• Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks and industry trends
• Contribute to technical documentation and architecture standards
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and guidance to development teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile software development (Android and/or iOS)
• Proven experience designing, architecting and delivering mobile applications
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns and best practices
• Experience with enterprise-scale mobile solution design
• Deep knowledge of App Store and Google Play Store submission processes
• Deep understanding of the iOS application signing and deployment process
• Experience with mobile CI/CD platforms, preferably Bitrise
• Knowledge of mobile security standards and secure development practices
• Experience integrating mobile applications with enterprise systems and APIs
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Bitrise or similar mobile DevOps platforms
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes
• Experience in highly regulated or large-scale international environments
• French language skills
• Mobile platform certifications (Android, iOS, Cloud, DevOps, or Architecture-related)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant technical certifications are considered a strong advantage
