- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Observability Program across multiple technology workstreams
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
- Establish project governance, status reporting, issue management, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate activities across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams
- Drive alignment between infrastructure, cloud, operations, service management, and business intelligence teams
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependencies across all observability initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience within enterprise IT organizations
- 5+ years leading infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, IT operations, or observability initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple integrated platforms
- Experience managing globally distributed teams, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources
- Experience with executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches
