Position: Release Train Engineer (RTE)with SAFe Certification
Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
- SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) with expertise in leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across multiple teams.
- Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure smooth program execution.
- Drive SAFe Agile transformation, continuous improvement, and delivery alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, and stakeholders for roadmap execution.
- Monitor ART performance metrics, program predictability, and team velocity.
- Ensure adherence to SAFe principles, Lean-Agile practices, and enterprise governance.
- Strong experience in Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally for Agile project tracking and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise projects and deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
