ATM Manual Tester

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ATM Manual Tester with 1-2 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on testing and diagnostics of ATMs, particularly those from Hyosung, Triton, and NCR. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and performance of our ATM systems.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct manual testing of ATM applications and hardware, including but not limited to NDC protocol-based systems.

– Perform diagnostic testing on ATMs (Hyosung, Triton, NCR) to identify and troubleshoot issues.

– Document and report bugs, errors, and malfunctions found during testing.

– Collaborate with developers and engineers to resolve identified issues.

– Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.

– Ensure that ATM systems meet the required standards for performance and reliability.

– Participate in test review meetings and provide insights based on testing outcomes.

– Work closely with the QA team to improve overall testing processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

– 1-2 years of experience in ATM manual testing.

– Familiarity with basic NDC (NCR Direct Connect) protocol.

– Experience with ATM diagnostics and troubleshooting for Hyosung, Triton, and NCR ATMs.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work independently and within a team.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

– Previous experience working with financial institutions or in a similar ATM testing environment.

– Basic understanding of ATM software and hardware integrations.

– Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and methodologies.

Contract Details

– Duration: 6 months, with the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
