The Senior HR Data Analyst at Jabil Inc., will play a pivotal role in transforming raw HR data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and a deep understanding of HR processes to optimize workforce performance and HR program effectiveness.
Location
The team is open to someone being on-site (or even hybrid) at the Florence, KY campus, or a remote based individual with some travel to the Florence, KY campus as needed (roughly 10% annually).
Job Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems, including HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and other workforce data sources.
- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide visibility into key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and employee retention.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support HR and business decisions.
- Create clear and meaningful data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders.
- Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality, system integrations, and reporting processes.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of HR technology and analytics tools.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Share knowledge and best practices to help build a data-driven culture across the HR organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR data analysis or business intelligence role, with a strong focus on HR data.
- Some experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) for predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
- Strong proficiency in data & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel).
- Advanced SQL Database skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Proven experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, UKG, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
