Web Strategist / UX Lead

As our Web Strategist / UX Lead, you will define the user experience vision for our clients' websites and digital products. You'll lead discovery sessions, create wireframes, and ensure every website we build drives conversions.

This role requires strategic thinking and user-centered design expertise. You'll bridge business goals with user needs to create websites that perform exceptionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX discovery and strategy sessions with clients
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Define conversion optimization strategies
• Collaborate with designers and developers
• Present UX recommendations to stakeholders

Must Have

• 5+ years UX design or strategy experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of web best practices
• Experience with user research and testing
• Excellent presentation skills

Nice to Have

• CRO certification or experience
• Analytics and A/B testing knowledge
• Front-end development understanding
• Agency experience
• Accessibility (WCAG) expertise
