As a Senior Kafka Engineer, you'll lead streaming data initiatives and build scalable event-driven architectures. You'll design Kafka solutions, mentor engineering teams, and set the standard for data streaming excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable Kafka streaming solutions with focus on performance and reliability.
• Lead technical decisions and provide guidance on Kafka architecture and data pipelines.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in Kafka best practices and streaming technologies.
• Optimize Kafka clusters for performance, throughput, and reliability across production environments.
• Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to deliver quality streaming solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new streaming technologies and patterns to enhance data processing capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Kafka engineering or streaming data platforms.
• Strong expertise in Kafka architecture, cluster management, and stream processing.
• Extensive experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting in Kafka environments.
• Advanced level of English.
