Experienced Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Dalux, you'll join a team of 10 designers crafting impactful solutions that transform one of the world's largest – and least digitalised – industries.

You'll be part of cross-functional product teams, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. Through user research, prototyping, and iterative design, you'll turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences used by construction professionals around the world.

Over the past two years, we've invested significantly in growing our design practice. We've built a strong design community, but we're still evolving. This means you'll have the opportunity to influence not only the products we build, but also how design is embedded across our organisation.

In this role, you will

• Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to discover opportunities and shape product direction
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and validate ideas
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces in Figma
• Use Dalux's design system to create consistent experiences across our products and contribute to its continued evolution
• Work closely with developers to bring your designs to life and continuously improve the user experience

We're looking for someone who enjoys turning complex problems into simple, intuitive user experiences. Ideally, you have:

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex software products, preferably within SaaS
• A relevant university degree (Bachelor's or Master’s level)
• Experience with user research and end-to-end product design
• Confidence collaborating closely with Product Managers and developers in cross-functional teams
• A curious, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly understand technical systems and industry-specific workflows
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Danish, German, French, Spanish, or Italian
