Job Description

• Own the end-to-end technical solutioning for DevOps and SRE towers within multi-tower managed services, cloud transformation, and application modernisation RFPs
• Interpret client requirements, evaluation criteria, and scoring rubrics to design response strategies that maximise scoring and win-themes
• Author high-quality solution narratives, method statements, case studies, and executive summaries aligned to bid win-themes
• Lead solution defence sessions, clarification calls, orals, and BAFO (Best and Final Offer) discussions with client evaluators
• Contribute to commercial modelling such as effort estimation, resource pyramids, tooling costs, transition & transformation cost-cases, and year-on-year productivity commitments
• Architect end-to-end DevOps platforms covering source control, CI/CD, artefact management, IaC, secrets management, container orchestration, and release orchestration (e.g., GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Harness, Spinnaker).
• Design SRE operating models grounded in SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks, error budgets, toil reduction, chaos engineering, and blameless post-mortems.
• Define observability and AIOps architectures using market leading tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Elastic, and OpenTelemetry.
• Design for multi-cloud and hybrid environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud.
• Build automation and AI-led operations narratives
• Design transition and transformation roadmaps including discovery, current-state assessment, target operating model, and roadmap phasing
• Partner with Sales, Bid Management, Commercial, Legal, Delivery, and Transition teams to build integrated proposals.
• Collaborate with hyperscaler and OEM partners to leverage funding, co-sell, and joint value propositions.
