Number of positions: 1
Location: Glasgow – On-site 5 days per week
Contract: Inside IR35
Duration: 9 October 2026 – 31 March 2027
PAYE rate: £385.89 per day inclusive of holiday pay
Umbrella equivalent: £447.90 per day
CPL is supporting a client seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the development and optimisation of secure, reliable infrastructure and CI/CD environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Support cloud technologies, container orchestration and deployment environments.
- Improve system security, reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across technical teams.
- Support DevOps best practice and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial DevOps Engineering experience.
- Strong CI/CD and infrastructure automation knowledge.
- Experience with cloud technologies and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of SRE/Observability and incident management.
- Experience with Configuration & Release Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
