Job Summary

  • Own ServiceNow platform administration, security, availability, governance, and continual improvement.
  • Lead ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, SLA, and Major Incident Management.
  • Manage CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ITOM operations.
  • Oversee IT Asset Management, software licensing, compliance, reclamation, and optimization.
  • Configure workflows, forms, roles, notifications, automation, and platform solutions.
  • Design and maintain integrations using APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, Integration Hub, and enterprise systems.
  • Manage upgrades, releases, testing, SDLC, environments, and platform lifecycle activities.
  • Drive ServiceNow roadmap, governance, demand prioritization, technical debt, and ITIL alignment.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and identify automation and cost-optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, drive adoption, and enable continual process improvement.
