Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA / Software Test Engineer responsible for validating functional and technical deliverables against business requirements, acceptance criteria, and defined quality standards. The role will involve test case preparation and execution, defect management, retesting, regression testing, and supporting SIT/UAT activities across web, mobile, API, CRM, and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Validate functional and technical deliverables against requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
• Perform functional, API, web, mobile, CRM, and data testing as required.
• Log, track, prioritize, and communicate defects with clear and actionable evidence.
• Perform defect retesting and verify fixes before closure.
• Execute and support regression testing cycles to ensure existing functionality remains stable.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Maintain test documentation, execution results, defect evidence, and other quality-related deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues.
• Demonstrate basic awareness of test automation concepts and tools and contribute to automation activities where applicable.
• Identify potential quality risks and escalate issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.

• Understanding of requirements, acceptance criteria, and software development/testing life cycles.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities.
• Basic awareness of test automation concepts and practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify appropriate test scenarios and edge cases.
• Strong documentation and defect-reporting skills.
