At KBTG, you will manage and enhance our internal Enterprise Architecture (EA) Application Portfolio, focusing on ServiceNow Appport and App 360 on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This role combines application support, software development, AI-assisted engineering, and technology innovation to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient internal solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Provide technical and functional support for ServiceNow Appport and App 360.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams to drive resolution.
  • Manage and follow up on Service Requests (SRs) with Infrastructure, Security, and related teams.
  • Develop, test, and deploy App 360 enhancements using JavaScript and Python.
  • Leverage Generative AI / LLMs and Prompt Engineering for coding, debugging, code review, and testing.
  • Support applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and explore new cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on Technology POCs.
  • Track tasks, POCs, and deliverables while proactively escalating issues and blockers.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, architecture, and organizational standards.
  • Continuously improve platform stability, development practices, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Set You Up for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience in Application Support, Software Development, or related technical roles.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python.
  • Experience with Generative AI / LLM tools for software development is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.
  • Interest or experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong learning agility.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, enterprise applications, or Technology POCs is an advantage.
