User Experience Specialist

We are looking for an experienced UX Specialist to join our Platform Delivery Management team and create seamless, intuitive, and conversion-focused digital experiences across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms.

Key Responsibility:

• Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across web, mobile apps, and physical touchpoints.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes from low to high fidelity.
• Establish and maintain UX / Design System standards across digital products.
• Collaborate with Product and Digital Marketing teams on A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Translate customer behavior, analytics, and business KPIs into actionable UX improvements.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products, mobile applications, or multi-touchpoint customer journeys.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX methodology, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final delivery.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, omnichannel customer journeys, and digital consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar UX/design tools.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals and accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
