ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an established and rapidly expanding European organization within the mobility and digital marketplace ecosystem, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support its growth in the Greek market.

What you will do:

As a Senior Operations Manager, Marketplace, the role focuses on leading the local operations team and driving the overall performance of the marketplace. It involves managing key operational KPIs, using data to improve driver quality, availability, and efficiency, and executing initiatives that strengthen both Supply and Demand. The position requires building strong relationships with Fleet Owners, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and designing local campaigns and process improvements that positively influence driver behavior and enhance marketplace outcomes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading, developing, and inspiring a high‑performing operations team while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Driving marketplace performance by executing supply acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies across Fleet Owners and Drivers.
• Owning operational performance by setting clear KPIs, monitoring key metrics, and implementing data‑driven action plans to improve driver quality, availability, and efficiency.
• Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with Fleet Owners and key stakeholders, leveraging insights to inform business decisions.
• Leading cross‑functional initiatives from planning to execution, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and Central Operations.
• Designing and implementing local initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements that positively influence driver’s behavior and marketplace outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in operations within mobility, ride‑hailing, logistics, or similar marketplace environments, with hands‑on exposure to supply management, driver performance, and fast‑paced operational execution.
• Proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive strategic decision‑making.
• Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Outstanding communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated ownership, independence, and the ability to work towards ambitious goals.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics
