We are seeking a detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Search Engine Analyst for a 100% remote, non-voice position. In this specialized role, you will evaluate and improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of search engine results and associated digital content for the Dutch-speaking market. This position involves zero phone calls, allowing you to work in a focused, independent environment from any location within Greece—whether you choose a sun-drenched island or a vibrant coastal city.

Key Responsibilities

• Search Evaluation: Analyze and rate search engine results, advertisements, and web page relevance based on specific user intent and search queries in Dutch.
• Content Moderation: Monitor text, images, and video content to ensure it meets data integrity standards and safety guidelines.
• Language Precision: Review localization accuracy, grammar, and cultural nuances to ensure the search platform delivers an optimal user experience for the Dutch market.
• Data Categorization: Label and classify complex data sets to train artificial intelligence models and search algorithms.
• 100% Non-Voice: Manage all daily tasks, reporting, and updates entirely through digital platforms, web tools, and written communication.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Dutch with strong written comprehension and professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Home Office: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (full technical hardware kit will be provided and shipped directly to you).
• Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, strong web research capabilities, and the ability to interpret abstract guidelines objectively.
• Aptitude: Comfortable working independently and managing digital workflows without direct voice interactions.
