Position Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Senior Recruiting Operations Specialist is a strategic individual contributor responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling recruiting operations processes, systems, and data solutions that support North America Talent Acquisition operations. Based in the Philippines, this role partners closely with recruiters, HR, hiring managers, vendors, and business stakeholders across the United States and Canada and is required to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time to ensure seamless collaboration and operational support. This role serves as a subject matter expert in recruiting operations, executing daily tasks such as background checks, offers, candidate management through onboarding, and supporting recruitment events (including career fairs, internal feedback sessions, etc.) for North America. In addition, this individual will be responsible for leading process improvements, driving technology adoption, developing reporting and analytics, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance recruiter effectiveness, operational efficiency, compliance, and the overall hiring experience. This role will also be expected to provide mentorship, influence operational decisions, and lead initiatives that impact multiple teams, functions, or regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and scale recruiting operations processes, systems, and data solutions
• Execute daily tasks such as background checks, offers, and candidate management through onboarding
• Support recruitment events including career fairs and internal feedback sessions
• Lead process improvements and drive technology adoption
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions
• Implement scalable solutions that enhance recruiter effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Provide mentorship and influence operational decisions
• Lead initiatives that impact multiple teams, functions, or regions

Required

• 5+ years of experience within Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations or HRIS.
• Experience with the candidate offer cycle, as well as administration and monitoring of background checks, escalations, and handoff through to the onboarding cycle.
• Experience with supporting North America region internal customers from an operational perspective with positive outcomes.
• Advanced experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.
• Strong process improvement and project management skills.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and/or with general operational metrics, and delivering these accurately to the internal customer team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment and while working within a global team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or others in order to help streamline processes, procedures, and daily tasks for themselves individually and for the larger organization.

• Experience with workforce analytics, dashboard development, and/or business intelligence tools.
• Experience with automation, process redesign, or continuous improvement methodologies.
