- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments
- Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring)
- Execute runbook‑based activities and health checks
- Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed
- Support application teams during testing and deployments
- Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands‑on enablement
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
- Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Infrastructure or Environment Support.
- Understanding of incident, problem, and request management processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation technologies.
- Linux/Unix: Server administration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- WebSphere: Application deployment and server support.
- Tomcat: Application hosting, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Shell Scripting: Basic automation and task execution.
