Kazakhstan Technical Lead (Payment Technology)

KAZAKHSTAN TECHNICAL LEAD - PAYMENT TECHNOLOGY

I. Job Description:

1. Payment Process Leadership: Possess in-depth knowledge of Kazakhstan’s payment ecosystem and relevant industry experience. Understand payment licensing procedures and provide robust technical support for license applications.

2. Payment Security Assurance: Build a comprehensive payment security framework utilizing encryption, risk monitoring, and other technologies to defend against payment risks (e.g., fraud, data breaches). Develop contingency plans and promptly resolve security incidents.

3. High-Concurrency System Design: Design and optimize high-concurrency payment systems to ensure stability under peak traffic and meet business surge challenges.

4. Technical Collaboration & Guidance: Collaborate closely with product, operations, and other teams in China to align with business requirements and provide technical support. Mentor team members to resolve complex technical issues and elevate team capabilities.

5. Independent Deployment & Troubleshooting: Deploy and maintain business systems in compliance with local regulations, using self-built data centers or cloud infrastructure. Ensure operational stability and rapidly resolve system failures.

II. Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Solid theoretical foundation required.

2. Work Experience: ≥5 years in software development, with ≥3 years in the payment industry. Familiarity with payment workflows is preferred.

3. Technical Skills:

● Languages: Proficient in Java, Python, or similar mainstream languages.

● Databases/Caching: Experienced with MySQL, Redis, and related technologies.

● Systems Design: Skilled in distributed/high-concurrency system design and optimization.

● Cloud/Infrastructure:

i. Familiar with local and international cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, local providers).

ii. Proficient in Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu) and middleware deployment/maintenance (nginx, MySQL, Redis, Zookeeper, ELK stack).

4. Professional Attributes:

● Strong learning agility, teamwork, and accountability. Proactive, responsive, and committed to timely communication.

● Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian, and proficiency in the local language (Kazakh). Chinese proficiency is a plus.
