Job Summary

We are looking for a German Customer Care Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service on behalf of one of our German-speaking clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions. This role requires strong communication skills in German, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage different customer requests efficiently.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and multiple applications.
