What Makes Your Job Exciting

• Ensure and continuously improve data quality in our ITSM environment (currently SAP Solution Manager) and support the transition to the group-wide target system ServiceNow. The role is strongly focused on thorough master data maintenance, stndards, and process-oriented collaboration-not on deep technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational support plus ongoing maintenance and quality assurance of ITSM master data (SAP Solution Manager).
• Data quality management: checks, cleansing, harmonization, and documentation of rules/standards.
• Support the ServiceNow transition: data preparation and mapping support, validation of migration results, test/UAT support, and hypercare-related activities.
• Support and optimize ITSM processes (ITIL-oriented), including stakeholder alignment and maintaining work instructions/guidelines.

Your Talents

• First to solid experience in an ITSM / service management-related environment.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented; strong quality mindset; reliable documentation and follow-up skills.
• Basic ITSM understanding; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent German (written and spoken).
• Nice-to-have:
• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager and/or ServiceNow.
• Experience with data cleansing/standards or data quality reporting.
• Project/transition experience (migration, testing, cutover support).
