Role Description The German Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for German-speaking positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with internal stakeholders. The specialist will maintain strong talent pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, managing communication with candidates, and supporting employer branding initiatives in German-speaking markets. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring adherence to company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to effectively manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent and support informed selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote the company’s value proposition in German-speaking markets.
• Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within BPO or international hiring environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and common HR/recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to recruitment.
